Wanka roofing

I would rate him 10 out of 10. His responsiveness was great, the explanation of what would happen and how the process would happen was great! He continued to work directly with my insurance company, because Allstate denied me twice, and he mentioned they would be hard to get by, but he kept talking, taken pictures, filming the roof to provide proof of the damange. I haven't had any problems thus far from the replacement of my roof or the job performed.
The only thing that I didn't like is the nails left behind, but I'm sure they picked up more than I did, after the work was done. The job was completed in one day. I do believe they recommended a more expensive roofing than I had before. But, it looked very nice on my house. Overall, I have no complaints.
And we both know that I couldn't walk on the roof, before or after...so I had to trust what was being told to me from them as well as my insurance inspector.

A new roof was installed on my home on 5/8/2021. I am so pleased I was able to obtain a roof inspection as well as a new roof in such a timely manner. I worked with Gary who answered all the questions I has as well as guiding me through the situation. Gary was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Great service, i’ve had the pleasure to work with Luis Porta he was the project manager and he did a good job, he was on time everytime that we had an appointment so I just can say that i’m so glad to work with this company they did a good job on my house
