Stacey showed up when he said he would. He replaced the pipe in the front yard to my house (without having to tear up my yard). He was able to produce proof of insurance and bonding, proof of licensure and does not ask for money upfront. He lives in the Collins Hill cluster and is honest and fair. He also did plumbing work in our kitchen when we remodeled. Very reliable & professional.
