“Hank, Taylor, and all of the staff were very good to work with. This is a terrible time for anyone. Wages and Sons made it a little less terrible. They were helpful, compassionate, organized, and easy to work with. I’ve heard the stereotypical stories of funeral homes trying to up-sell and taking advantage of a tough time. I did not feel this way at all with Wages and Sons. They were honest and up front about all costs and options, and did not try to push me to one direction or another. They also had an extensive list of “things to do” concerning the passing of a loved one — this list has been very helpful already. I would recommend using them.”

“My Grandma passed suddenly on July 1st, and we needed to find a funeral home quick. We called many places, but decided on Byrd & Flanigan. When I arrived today for Grandmas service I was impressed as soon as walked in, very clean and plenty of seating is provided through out the building. I walked into where my Grandma was and it was beautiful with flowers ordered by family and again plenty of seating. My Grandma looked beautiful, and I appreciated the music they played while we sat with her during the viewing. The owners where very kind and made all of us feel comfortable. Having the type of service they provided has made this difficult time so much easier. I cannot thank them enough for all they did and for taking care of my Grandma.”
