“We moved Mom here a year ago from an assisted living facility. I had been checking out facilities a month prior to her being hospitalized and this was my favorite. We really feel blessed that they had a room available when we needed one, since they usually have a waiting list. They have taken exceptionally good care of Mom through her recovery and since. She loves the staff and is always telling us how well they take care of her. The home is well appointed and always neat and clean. Mary and Daniel are so friendly and welcoming, and I love that they send me pictures of Mom doing activities. You couldn't ask for a better place for your loved one.”

“Recently decided to switch a family member to this practice. Patience is a virtue. I waited on hold …… not just with this office but many others call volumes are high everywhere. This practice was worth the time on hold. Most importantly Dr. Lakhanpal the time he spent explaining into detail about what was going on…. Made it so worth the time. Yes, I was frustrated about the phones but when the manager and staff greets you with a smile and you have doctor who actually spends time and doesn’t rush or get impatient with an elderly patient that is what matters to me. Manager stepped in after our appointment and apologized. It was genuine and kind just like the staff was. Main point is sometimes it worth the “wait” keep up the great work. Especially the TEAMWORK. So thankful we made the change. This really made me happy and feel that I made the right decision ….. I mentioned our next visit if she is in a wheelchair they would gladly come down and help. Thank you for not letting me lose faith. This has been a struggle. Thanks for making it easy.”

“When I was 15 years old I broke my back in multiple places in an unfortunate accident. Fast forward many years and a full career of competitive wakeboarding, I had no choice but to face spinal surgery, as my back had only gotten worse, year by agonizing year. I searched for neurosurgeons in my area, found what seemed like a competent doctor. He completely ruined my back so badly I had to immediately seek out another neurosurgeon to fix the massive malpractice and sheer incompetence of the aftercare when they realized the mistake the Gainesville, ga surgeon(who I will not name) had made. This lead me to ortho Atlanta, no Piedmont orthopedics, Dr. Kasow and Nicole were a breath of fresh air! They were very understanding and clear on what should be done. Not only did Dr. Kasow take me on as a patient to save my active lifestyle, he went the extra mile during the surgery when he found more damage caused by the previous surgeon. I will forever be grateful to the entire team at Piedmont orthopedics. Coming up on a decade of care with them, from knee surgeries to general pain management from my back and sciatic nerve damage. I always recommend them to anyone I come in contact with and use my cautionary tale to try and help others avoid the damage that can be caused by incompetence in some medical professions. “I am very happy with my decision to enroll my daughter at JAMS -Lawrenceville- for the summer camp. She has fun every day and enjoys showing me the routines and skills she has been working on. I love that she is getting a good amount of exercise every day. It’s also great that the kids have a field trip each week to mix things up a bit. More impressive is the coaching staff - each one I’ve met calls my daughter by name (extra impressive given the number of kids enrolled).
