UPDATE: Someone called and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I received a bill in the mail months after and was charged finance charges and $5 paper statement charges! I had no idea what the charges were without receiving a bill. I can't pay a bill if I don't know how much it is, and I'm not going to call and ask. For all I know, insurance covered it in full.
When I did receive the bill in the mail months later, I went to pay online but there was no option. Something said they need my email address. They have my email address from when I filled out my new patient paperwork. Tried calling and couldn't get through. Left message for someone to call me and no one EVER called. When someone calls ME back, I will pay the original charges due. I'm not paying these ridiculous finance charges. This seems like a scam to collect more money. I took back my original recommendation I gave to my friends and family and found a new dentist that was so easy to pay my bill.
So keep in mind you may not get the bill in the mail for months but you will still be responsible for finance charges for not paying for those months that you did not receive the bill.
Update: Someone FINALLY called me today to make sure I pay them. I paid the bill. I pay all of my bills. I'm not going to argue about the extra $30 in interest and paper statement charges. Dent1st is losing more money by me telling my company, friends, and family about my experience, and not recommending them for dental services.

I’ve been a DENTFIRST patient for at least six years. At my primary location the atmosphere and environment have remained the same; warm, inviting, clean and aesthetically pleasing. I love the decor and that there is bottled water. Though my DMD changed, the quality and the service has remained the same; kind, consistent and thorough with a personal touch. That personal touch is everything. My Hygienist has likewise, remained kind, consistent, thorough and personable. She is 🔥🔥🔥 and makes every visit a pleasure. The front desk staff has always shown kindness and remained professional.

I visited 3 dental offices before this one, non of them satisfied me. The staff at Dent1st is great, the office is clean, everyone is professional.
Dr. Wendy is 7 stars.
My hygienist , Ana was sweet and caring, very profesional.
I will highly recommend Dent1st.
