Amber helped me set up my appointment seamlessly and processed me as a new patient with candor and care. Upon arriving, I was given clear instructions on how to prepare for my check-up. From intake to check out, Amber did a phenomenal job and made sure Berkeley Lake Dental lived up to their reputation as a leading dental practice in northern Georgia.

Lily served as my dental hygienist and did my teeth wonders. She gave me an efficient, pain-free deep cleaning and was kind and courteous throughout. If you get the chance to have her take care of you, you will be in great hands. Thanks again, Lily!

Update 11/18/2021: great service as always. Amber and the front staff greeted me with a warm welcome and zero wait time. Amber seated me, took my X-rays, and made sure I was comfortable, even turning on my favorite Netflix show to watch while I had my dental cleaning. Emma, the dental hygienist, did a great job with my cleaning and making sure it was pain- and discomfort-free. Dr. Huynh came by to chat after I finished and made sure I was good to go.

I come to Berkeley Lake Dental frequently for my cleanings and whatever dental needs I may have. I just wanted to write something this time because my hygienist, Emma did a fantastic job. She really did put me to sleep during my cleaning, probably because she was that gentle. Not only that, she really did educate me on what to work on with my teeth. I just wanted to drop 5 stars on her and the staff. They're super nice and very knowledgeable. It's in the perfect area if you ask me so I'm going to recommend all my friends and family here!

The team at Berkeley Lake Dental is outstanding!! Dr. Huynh ("win") is extremely knowledgeable, personable and a true professional. I have been a patient of his for nearly 10 years and the service is top notch. Within the last 2 years I moved to Conyers and the trip is nearly 1 hour one way now, but I don't mind; the service is just that good. Lilly is an AWESOME hygienist, she is very understanding and careful with the sensitivity in my teeth when I get my cleanings. Each patient "station" has a TV setup where you can watch movies during your visit while in the chair; how cool is that?? The front office staff is efficient and very personable. I can't say enough good about them!!

I had a great experience. As I was greeted through the door, every encounter I had with the staff was warm and cheerful. Before starting any process, the dentist, dental hygienist and receptionist clearly explained every procedure they performed and even explained the payment breakdown. I highly recommend this office to anyone!!! You won’t regret it

Best Dentist office I've ever been to. Such great Customer Service at this Dentistry. My wife, my son and I got there on time and it did not take long to us to go inside. A young lady who was at front deck called us and communicated to us in details. This place is very clean and nice. front desk Staff were friendly and welcoming. The dental assistants made sure that I was comfortable and they were very helpful. The Dentist was so kind, welcoming and very easy to talk to.
