Piedmont Urgent Care - Snellville Centerville Highway

The entire experience was superb. The personnel greeting at the front desk were engaging as check in went smooth. The nurse was friendly and very professional. The physician was thorough during the exam and addressed my issue aggressively. She also followed up with a phone call the next day to check on me.

My son went in with a hurt wrist and we were not waiting long. Made my appointment online that morning and got there at 815am and was out by 945am. Saw the nurse, doctor and got X-rays done. The doctor was really nice and assured that we had everything we needed while there and when we left. Really nice, clean facility.

October 3 was my first ever experience there. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The establishment was modern and pristine. The nurse practitioner and the tech were all stellar. I could not have asked for a better experience with a sinus infection and sore throat. They were professional and efficient. Thank you, Piedmont Urgent care for your excellent customer service!

My visit was great. The Patient Registration Rep. and Nurse were excellent. They were friendly, answered my questions, and efficient in their tasks during my visit. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh (not always the case in other places). Plenty of Parking and a bench is available outside the clinic if you want to get fresh air while waiting for results.

The staff are professional, friendly, attentive and took care of me immediately. They ran several tests to ensure my comfort and health status were fine before releasing me. The attending physician also took adequate time to field my questions and assure me that the prescribed meds were the right ones to support my condition.
