I love my new apartment at Parkwest. My AC wasn’t working well just took a little communication and they fixed immediately. Office staff is friendly compassionate and reliable. I will definitely be renewing my lease for many years to come. Keep up the good work Park West👍👍👍

This branch is staffed with the most welcoming group of people. Charles, Zach, and everyone else at the front are always very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and professional. I have known Patrice, Glenda, and Stephanie since I opened my account at the Oceanside branch and I was elated to know they are at this location. This particular branch has grown to become a place where people help people. I enjoy the detail-oriented customer service I am given everytime I walk in. All of my questions are always answered, even if they have to get back to me. I never feel like just a number. Thank you each and every one of you to help make me smile every time I walk in.

My husband and I went in today to update some info and we had a million questions but Zach Ellis was helpful, patient, and very informative. He made our day so much better. This location is VERY lucky to have him. Thank you Zach!!!
