Professional service!
New to the area and in search of a dependable mechanic.
Was told by AutoZone that I needed a new alternator. Stopped in this morning to see if N.E.N. Auto Service could check the battery and replace the alternator if necessary. Thankful it turned out to only be the battery. They could have replaced the alternator as well. How would I know otherwise that it was just the battery.
Thanks to the staff and their honesty and professionalism I will be back in the future and tell others of the outstanding service.

Great prices! As a woman I didn't feel taken advantage of. I love the new location. My only issue was being given an 11am appointment for my tires to be installed, yet walking out of there almost 4 hours later. I would've expected the wait if I were a walk in. In retrospect, it would've been nice to be told the approximate amount of time the job will take so you can decide whether to stay out leave your vehicle. You better believe I will ask next time.
