Health Choice Urgent Care - Sugar Hill

The entire staff were extremely courteous, pleasant, helpful, professional and kept me informed as to when I would be next to see the Doctor. The PA was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and discussed the findings and treatment which I was been given. She asked questions and answered professionally.
I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs urgent care. Additionally, they offer booking an appointment on line to alleviate wait time! Excellent facility!

Awesome experience. Sunday morning at 8:30 AM. In and done by 10. Great team! Front desk was quick and clear with instructions. The triage nurse was wicked fast and super thorough. And the PA team was great to work with.

Great experience! Facility was very nice and clean. Staff were all amazing! It was late on a Saturday afternoon and despite a long, busy day, every person from the front desk to the doctor was smiling and laughing and treated me like I was their only patient. I used the online reservation and registration so when I arrived I was checked in and ready to go. Hands down one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. It made not feeling well on my day off a little more tolerable. Thank you!

My daughter came down with the flu on a Sunday and was very sick. I was able to book an appointment online which was so easy. We arrived and the entire staff was kind and I have to say went above and beyond in their giving of care. The dr was very knowledgeable and expedited my daughter’s medication to the pharmacy so we could quickly get her healing. I appreciate them so much and they will now be our go to for all our urgent care needs.

My insurance is through Kaiser and unfortunately their urgent care is far from my house. My son was very sick and I made an appointment with Health Choice. The process was seamless and easy using their website. We ended up having to go twice within a matter of a few days bc my son developed an ear infection following our first appointment. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The doctors were amazing! Highly recommend!
