Primacare Physical Therapy

I had the best experience ever here in this location. Most cooperative, caretaker and helpful staff. Dr Ram and all other physical therapist are very knowledgeable. I have been here for three times with different issues, but each time had an excellent experience and could get back to my normal routine life. I would highly recommend this location if unfortunately you encounter with any issue related to physical therapy.

I came into Primacare with a lot of knee pain. I could barely perform daily activities with the level of pain that I had. From the minute I stepped into Primacare, I was taken good care of. The office staff was very professional. I always received timely reminders for my appointments. The clinic staff took all important precautions for COVID. The therapists were very friendly and knowledgeable and the clinic had up to date equipment. Thank you Primacare for my speedy recovery!

I came to their clinic with immense pain in my neck and shoulder caused my increased screentime. In a short few weeks, I left their practice with no pain at all! Their physical therapists are extremely professional and provided individualized care to me during every visit. They take utmost care to provide a safe and clean environment during the pandemic: everything from checking temperature of their patients to cleaning each piece of equipment in between patients. I cannot thank Primacare enough! I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Primacare by the VA under the Veterans Choice Program for a hip and thigh problem that I have been dealing with for two years. I liked that I had five different therapists including Dr. Ram Shani, who all focused on the same program, but each added something a little bit different to help me along. I like to cut up and get to know anyone working on me. All the staff and therapist at Primacare are very friendly and fun to work with, but always maintained their professionalism. Before coming here I could not walk more than a mile or about 30 minutes without excruciating pain. After 17 sessions I can now walk two hours continuous before I have to take a break, which is mush longer than my goal. I had been to two other Physical Therapy Clinics for this problem. The first one I was not impressed with and I though the second was great, but Primacare was even better. I am so fortunate to have them help me through this process. I have discovered that Physical Therapy is great for two or three day a week, but the home work they gave me is critical to hopefully get me as close to normal as possible. They are great coaches to encourage that. Now I will have to keep my motivation to do the one hour daily workout. Thanks to Ram and all the crew at Primacare for taking care of me.
