Tom and Chase took the time to sit down with me and explain that they were in the business to build me the best roof and working with my insurance company instead of trying to nickel and dime me for “upgrades” like some of the other companies I called. The peace of mind I get from the warranty they offer is more than worth the money.

We bought a home and the sellers went with Roofserv to replace the roof before closing. We closed after they finished. They were wonderful about making sure that everyone knew what was going on and explaining everything we were getting with the warranty.
