Note: appointment only… my experience started with the email I sent to ask for an appointment for my wife and myself, Mercy Robes responded within 30mins of each email I sent. Once we arrived we were greeted by Steve the owner of the company, we told him what we were looking to purchase and he began piece by piece taking his time to get every measurement correctly and making changes upon our request.
