We suspected we had squirrels or rodents in our attic. Chip came out and inspected our attic and around our home. He found several places where wood had been chewed through and evidence of critters in our attic. He gave us options on how to proceed and remedy the problem. He is excellent at what he does and very honest and cost effective.

I have been battling rodents in my ceiling for the past 6 months or so, and finally decided to call an expert. Chip was on time, professional, and personable.
