From fixing ceiling fans to running a completely new line from the circuit box to my laundry room to correct shody work from the previous owner, they did it all. Took the time to explain things when I had questions and discussed things before he did them to make sure I was on board. Even if I thought I wanted to do something, he would suggest the best ways to keep my costs down or avoid unnecessary repairs/changes.
