This practice was worth the time on hold. Most importantly Dr. Lakhanpal the time he spent explaining into detail about what was going on…. Made it so worth the time. Yes, I was frustrated about the phones but when the manager and staff greets you with a smile and you have doctor who actually spends time and doesn’t rush or get impatient with an elderly patient that is what matters to me. Manager stepped in after our appointment and apologized. It was genuine and kind just like the staff was. Main point is sometimes it worth the “wait” keep up the great work. Especially the TEAMWORK. So thankful we made the change. This really made me happy and feel that I made the right decision ….. I mentioned our next visit if she is in a wheelchair they would gladly come down and help. Thank you for not letting me lose faith. This has been a struggle. Thanks for making it easy.”
