“Home repairs that were needed due to a builder that used cheap labor and cut as many corners as possible. 1) They did work in my master bedroom shower and discovered cause of water leaking onto floor and causing damage to wall and baseboards. 2) They discovered a leak behind my refrigerator in the kitchen that was causing mold and damage to the wall. Bentley Butler provides years of experience and attention to detail. Their service is without a doubt the absolute best. One of the hardest task as a homeowner is finding a trusty contractor. Most definitely using them for any future repairs. You will not be disappointed and I absolutely recommend them.”

“I'm gonna be honest folks, I forgot to post my update. Here goes; serviceman came out and performed the service, no issues or incidents, and the refrigerator work just fine afterward. Secondary update: the compressor went out on the refrigerator at the beginning of April 2023. Unfortunately, I did have to get this replaced and it was a costly piece ~ $1,200 for the replacement part and service. As I mentioned before, scratch and ding has an inherent risk when you purchase, in this case though it was a common issue with the model that we purchased. It is a known issue with this size LG fridge even for brand new purchases after further research. In summary: this place is great to work with and if you're good about doing your independent research, you can get good deals on appliances. My fridge was still a good deal, even counting the cost of having to replace the part just over a year into ownership we paid just under sticker price for the fridge.”
