“I have stored my boat and motor home at Big Anchor for nearly five years now. The prices are some of the best in the area and the service and communication are outstanding. Barbara, the office manager is awesome. The storage yard itself isn't the prettiest but it is adequate as is the security provided. I have been very happy with Big Anchor so far. Update: Barbara retired. Also, be aware that if you move our of a space mid-month, even with weeks of prior notice, they do not issue a pro-rated refund. If you plan to leave before the end of a month, do not pay for the entire month in advance. You won't get anything back.”

“Amazing experience! I was able to see quotes for different dates, set up reservation, request a certified weight ticket, and make changes to my reservation all via the website. Once my reservation was set all my move information was easily accessible as well as contact information for both trailer service stations (departing and recieving). Trailer was delivered as promised, received a call from the driver roughly 30 min. before delivery for both drop off's. Drivers were friendly and curteous, worked with us on our requested placement of trailer both times. Trailers were picked up the business day following my call requesting pick up, just as the website promised. No storage was available which was an added stress, but they made it clear prior to setting up the contract that this was the case. (We were moving during peak season, so found this to be the case with multiple companies.) Price, service, communication and experience were all amazing, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Everything was spelled out in the contract, no surprises, hidden fees or unexpected hiccups. 100% believe the local ABF companies played a huge part in why our experience was as good as it was. We were assigned to Lawrenceville, GA and Smiths, AL. Used u-pack for a military PPM and my husband was so pleased he wants to do this every time.”

“We reserved last minute (the day before we needed to move) and they made it happen. The woman we booked with sent a confirmation text immediately and texted us about half way through the service to check our satisfaction. We had two guys who moved our entire 16 foot truck in 2 hours! They were on time! They were fast and considerate of our fragile items. We have hired movers in the past who wasted the first hour with paperwork; these guys went straight to work. We would definitely hire again. Funny guys and very polite!”

“This storage facility is absolutely wonderful! It is very well maintained and kept clean, free of any trash or litter you normally see at other storage facilities! The manager is awesome and always available! I have a 10x15 foot storage room and I also store a small fishing boat on-site as well. I truly couldn't be happier. Also, this location is tucked away, yet very easy to gain access from either Highway20 or Buford Highway. They are also very well lit-up, for any possible nighttime visit that may occur. Again a great facility with superb management! :)”

“Our home flooded and all contents had to be catalogued, removed, stored, returned and put back as found. This company and the folks with whom I worked were EXCELLENT. Andrew was the coordinator of all efforts and Dion and one other person were the 'on the ground' supervisors. The packing took all day and into the night and Dion was calling me periodically to let me know progress and also to ask questions if there were particular concerns. The entire process was professional and interactive and I felt very comfortable with their care of our property even if we weren't present. My trust was placed well - because they took very good care of everything they handled. I recommend them HIGHLY!”

The Packed Out Content Boxes are placed in a Climate Controlled Secured Storage Facility until are professionally returned to their original places in the property. “There seems to never be anyone there but Ann, the owner, always answers her cell phone and is willing to meet and set you up with a space pretty much any time there's daylight! You also can't beat their rates! We only pay $85 a month for a 10x20 unit and she said she only charges $55 for a 10x10! If I remember correctly, we paid for 2 months up front and got the 3rd for free! Great owner, great location, great deal!”

“Chucks Moving & Delivery Service did an amazing job with my move. I had to get my hardwood floors treated and needed my furniture moved from the main level to the garage and then placed back in 48 hours. They were very gentle, did not drop, or damage any furniture. Nor did they scratch my floors. I appreciated their carefulness with my furniture and floors! I really wanted to give 5 stars but had to give 4 stars only because of having to initiate contact on both dates to determine an ETA or window after being told I'd receive a call. I waited and finally had to call to get the ETA ( both dates) because I never received a call. I needed to plan my day & run important errands. I understand things were probably busy for them but it was a bit frustrating waiting without a call. I'd consider using them again if I could confirm an ETA window prior to booking as a general courtesy. Nevertheless, they did follow through on both dates, as promised, gave great service, moved efficiently, and were pleasant!”

Not only do they service your modern car, they'll restore your vintage one as well. I've had Jonathon work on my cars exclusively for the last 15 years or so, and always will. Even if you're still under warranty, they can do many services for you and keep your warranty. Blue Ridge maintains all of my Mercedes Benz automobiles, and a couple of other German toys as well.”

“We had a complex move which included temporary housing while we were looking for a final place. We called 1-800-PACK-RAT to store our stuff while we sold our home, they re-delivered our container and we finished our move, then they held the container until we found our new house. It was worth every penny. Get over the sticker shock you may receive when you get your estimate because the hassle was gone, the move was a breeze, and so stress free. Having a container in our driveway allowed us to load/unload at our convenience, there was no hurry on either end. We were also able to stage our home by packing away a lot of things early, then having the container picked up and dropped off again later to complete the move. Transport was a breeze, we packed it well and upon its return, nothing inside was damaged or had barely even moved. The initial quote was very fair, and when all was said and done, the total bill came right in at the quoted price. No surprises. Scheduling was easy, rescheduling as we needed was also super easy, there were never any issues, not one negative aspect to this whole experience.”
