Andrew was the coordinator of all efforts and Dion and one other person were the 'on the ground' supervisors. The packing took all day and into the night and Dion was calling me periodically to let me know progress and also to ask questions if there were particular concerns. The entire process was professional and interactive and I felt very comfortable with their care of our property even if we weren't present.
