McNail Brothers

I was extremely impressed with McNail Brothers Roofing for both my roof and my dad’s roof. They were responsive, understanding and professional during all our interactions. I have very high standards and McNail Brothers surpassed my expectations.

In my case, my new roof installation was complicated by solar panels that needed to be removed before the new roof could be installed. McNail Brothers made a point of calling my solar company to discuss the specifics of the solar components that needed to be addressed when replacing the roof (my solar contact made a point of telling me he was impressed with McNail Brothers level of interest and professionalism to install the roof properly around the solar components), as well as coming out on the day of the solar uninstall to discuss the issues with the guys doing the uninstall. After the roof was installed, they must have walked around my house at least 20 times to clean up all debris and then after that, one of the owners stopped by to inspect the roof and also walked around the house to make sure all nails and debris were picked up.

For my dad’s house, the roof was installed without a hitch, but I was glad when they pointed out some rotting wood in several places we hadn’t noticed. We contracted with McNail Brothers to have their team come out and replace all those rotted wood boards (particularly around the chimney) with cement fiber boards. We now feel secure that the house is water-tight.

Based on my recent experience, I would highly recommend McNail Brothers.

I was blown away at the level of service I received from consultation to installation to clean up. I have nothing but good things to say about McNail Brothers. They explained the install process, looked at some problem areas, were thorough explaining the various products being used on the roof. They came to install the roof when they said they would, took their time (install took over a day - they didn't rush to try to finish in the dark so they could finish in under one day). Any issues that I had post installation were quickly and easily resolved. Most importantly, the roof looks fantastic with the proper products and materials to insure it lasts for years. And McNail Brothers stand by their work with a warranty (which can be transferred to the next owner). I highly recommend this business.

They did a super job with clean up and even ran a magnet roller all around the house to make sure all stray nails were out of the grass and off the walkways and driveway.
