This place isn't a fitness studio, it's a family. From my first class, I've been made to feel so welcome! As they say, "You do you" in every class, so even though I have two left feet and am slow to react to instructions, I feel just fine stepping in this class or stretching in that one. In stretch class, leader Diana makes sure that she knows your limitations so she can suggest alternate moves for those who need a slower start. In Fit4Gold, leader Cat's personality makes the whole experience fun even for people like me who have never done class exercising before. Owner Gayle is so invested in the well-being of her clients -- she absolutely loves them all! In less than two months, I've gone from not being able to even lean forward on my arms or touch my legs below the knee to being so much more flexible that I can almost do all the moves in Stretch class! At this writing, there are four classes per day, no signup fees, and pay-as-you-go or monthly options. Best fitness dollars I've ever spent!

I joined in July 2020 and felt welcomed to the studio before I went to my first class. The instructors and members are so positive and supportive. I look forward to the classes, and the classes are fun! Fit Frenzy is a great place to exercise and get healthy.

I love fit frenzy. The group of instructors are awesome unique and so much fun. There is absolutely no intimidation and they are always helpful in making workouts tailored to your abilities. There is such a variety of members , young, old ,coordinated as well as those of us with limitations. This has been my favorite work out studio I have ever been to. You are always made to feel welcome and it has that personal touch . There are so many work outs to chose from . Give them a try it will be the best decision you can make for your health and well-being.
