(August 5, 2022, 4:59 pm)I can not think of a better place for your child to go to learn karate, life skills, leadership, and good sportsmanship behavior. I just wish we would have found Jay's Karate sooner. Our daughter loves going and enjoys spending time with the staff. She always has new moves to show us each week and feels challenged when she is there. We love that she is moving and is not bored!

(July 13, 2022, 2:46 pm)Jays United is the best my daughter attends both the after school program as well as summer camp and LOVES IT!! I’m so glad I found this place with great values and great people it puts me at ease knowing my daughter is being taken care of!
(April 14, 2022, 8:32 am)My child does afterschool here, she loves it! I never have to worry about her! I couldn't ask for a better place for her to go afterschool while I work. She has fun, has met so many new friends and she looks up to all the coaches! They also have parents night out that she always looks forward to also!
(March 16, 2022, 9:38 am)I wanted to get back in to exercise and thought I’d try the kickboxing cardio class! I struggle with becoming motivated to do repetitive exercise solo at the gym.
This place is amazing! Great classes.
Jay is a fantastic teacher and very motivating. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging and you get a fun full body workout in 45 minutes! Vey inclusive! Men and Women. Older and younger.
