EXCELLENT SERVICE! I was so thrilled when our appointment was pushed up because they were just in the area. Our 1985 outlet for our new dryer wasn't up to date and it was fixed so quickly. Truly excellent work. WILL RETURN!
I needed to replace an existing floodlight with a Ring floodlight camera, and Todd and his crew not only did that, but tried patiently to help me get the camera operational with the Ring app on my phone (it took me many calls to Ring support over the better part of a month to figure it out - my model of Android phone and Ring don't play well together, apparently). The crew of TWD went above and beyond the call of duty. Will always call The Watt Doctor for my electrical needs!
This company is meticulous about their work. We called and they came when they said they would. If they were delayed, the notified me by phone. I'm very critical of work being done in my house and they passed the test.
