Village Park - Ellenwood

GREAT place to take your kids to play while you get your workout on, and or walk on. They have a NICE spray island for kids to get wet to beat the heat. Adults are welcome to enjoy the water as well. Friendly environment. And the park is monitored..... Very SAFE so far

Clean restrooms..very large playground area and field adjacent to pavilion areas. Plenty of parking spaces..not a lot of trees for shade when its hot outside. No water pad operational at the park as of memorial day..im not sure if or when it will return. The park is easy to find and not far off main road. Local stores are nearby. Must go online to book pavilions of your choice for events.

This is a very nice family oriented park. If we can take pride in our parks and recreation centers we will be able to maintain a nice family environment. I have to say the maintenance crew I saw today (John and Perry) were doing a fascinating job of cleaning the park.

It's good open green field. Walking trails. Golf course. Playgrounds. Police patrol. Grounds equipment maintenance. Truly is a nice park. I have personally seen and experienced all of the above and then some. Park patrons mostly respectful of park rules. No smoking, no dogs. The splash pad not open as of yet. June 2021. But still amazing park!

Always a pleasant experience. The ice cream man that comes to the park is always very nice. The park is always clean. It is a non-smoking environment so you don't have to worry about that... every now and then there will be a few kids out there testing that rule, but they don't stay long because the older crowd/parents that frequent the park normally keep it in check. Plenty of seating for the parents around the playground. My daughter and I come here at least 2 days out of the week, weather permitting. We love it here!
