Great service. These people should teach the store on the cross roads of 380 and 423, how to play the game. Same store, same product, better service at this location.

We bought iPhone 14 and apple care and accidentally they put iPhone 12 for apple care. Not able to refund/change apple care. we were so mad to not change to correct phone and apple support said we had returned device and care together. Not easy to fix, but manager Alex and Reggie helped and dealt with Apple and solved the problem.
