We had a squirrel in our porch roof. Mike came right away and found a problem that 2 other companies could not find. The other companies wanted to charge us a ton for a service that wouldn’t even address the problem. Mike fixed the problem and for a fraction of the cost!!!

Contacted Michael for a squirrel problem and he explained clearly how they would approach it over the phone. We ended up getting really bad advice from two other companies where the only thing they said they did is "full exclusion" which is sealing up the roof. However it turns out that they can't even do that on our porch, AND they didn't find the entry for the squirrel to begin with. Michael came and within a few minutes found the entry point and set a trap. After checking on it 2 days later with no success he updated his approach, and within a day we had the squirrel trapped. No more squirrels and now it's nicely sealed up. Good friendly experience, highly recommend!
