Avalon Park Splash Pad

Very nice site. Its patterned in soft material for toddler/ kids

The splash pad is closed currently but it's cute for toddlers..not large by any means. There are two smaller playgrounds at each end. 1 in front of the ice rink. Small but nice enough and easy to keep an eye on your littles without being on top of them. Nicely spaced out seating for adults to watch while their kids play.

Nice park for the kids. It was a little messy when we visited. But I’m sure someone comes around and empty the garbage cans and straightens up. But it had a nice playground A cool little amphitheater area, some bathrooms, and a cool splash pad for the summer. And a football field.

Great local place to bring kids, especially on a budget. But there are no seats and no shade, so keep that in mind. I saw the smart parents bringing foldable chairs and umbrellas. I had my towel on the ground and hopefully will come out with a tan. Only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so plan accordingly.
