Wonderful gift selection associates are always friendly and helpful

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a delight speaking to the staff while looking/searching for my daughters gifts and at checkout. Customer service is very important to me. Thank you! The selection was also incredible. The Halloween and Christmas selection is amazing! I wish I could purchase everything! The card selection and wrapping paper/bags/bows couldn't be better. I highly recommend this store! I will definitely be back!

Amy's Hallmark is one of the many Hallmark stores in the western suburbs. They are located in a big mall and it's easy to find a parking spot unlike some Hallmark stores. They have a great collection of goodies for holiday shopping and was already selling out the Christmas ornaments. Many of the popular ones were sold out and they have them in multiple themes including the popular Disney franchises like Star Wars and the likes.

They have a pretty decent collection of greeting cards though I could not find a lot of variety in the birthday section for my wife and our kids "mom" categories. The staff are welcoming and greeted me many times (different people) and wished me a great rest of the day when I was exiting.

Hallmark is always a fun place to go into. Associates are so nice and customer oriented. Today is the ornament day and they are very prepared.
