MedLife Urgent & Primary Care McDonough

I live in Savannah, Ga., three hours away from the Medlife. My daughter sees Dr. Raquel and recommended that I make an appointment. I've been looking for a doctor after my primary physician moved to Florida. I was feeling weak and tired all the time and could never get an answer as to why w/the doctor I was seeing here in Savannah. My daughter told me to come to McDonough to see Dr. Raquel and I finally made an appointment. The staff was awesome and caring. I was given a full workup and I received the answers to my issue w/tiredness. But wait! I asked Dr. Raquel about a certain medication to help w/my diagnosis and CVS here in Savannah told me it would cost over $500.00 w/my insurance and coupon. I agreed to take the medication I could afford (which caused me discomfort) and without me knowing, the office found a pharmacy that charged me way below that price and also delivered the medication I requested to my front door here in Savannah. I love this office and I love and appreciate Dr. Raquel. Thank you so much! I'm feeling better, and my energy is back. Thanks to my daughter for introducing me to Medlife!

Dr. Billingslea and her staff are AMAZING! Making an appointment is definitely the way to go but they do their best to take walk-ins quickly and as time allows. Dr. Billingslea listens to you and takes all of your concerns into consideration when making treatment decisions, and makes herself available for questions or concerns that may come up at a later time. Cannot recommend this practice enough!

Today, 3 family members went for urgent care. The staff was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Dr. Billingslea was inquisitive, thorough, and efficient. We were very pleased with our experience and will back as needed.
