When I first walked into this practice, I saw the frame on the wall with this verse, “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again. Rejoice.” Philippians 4:4. A practice of like faith…instantly stole my heart. After firing my previous PCP on Friday for not being relatable and making my needs a priority, I didn’t think I would be able to find another PCP so soon. I was referred to this practice by a friend over the weekend. I called this morning, I got an appointment right away. My appointment was at 10:30, and I was seen by 10:35. Mr. Mark was very thorough. I didn’t feel rushed. He took his time with me, and made sure I understood each of my diagnoses and the meds I’m taking. He even pulled up some of the labs from the hospital and went over them with me. I didn’t feel like a number or just another insurance payment, I felt like a patient… a human being that mattered. I also didn’t have to wait 45 min to an hour for a scheduled appointment. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. I love this practice. Every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful! I hope it remains this way. I am one extremely satisfied, grateful patient. I am REJOICING ❤️🙏🏽🙌🏽
