He is a pleasure to deal with; very calm, knowledgeable, and doesn't seem bothered to help you-female or male. They also have a good selection of landscaping supplies and plants that you won't find just anywhere. However, I do agree with other reviews that other service reps are not as pleasant as Tommy. I'm not sure if it's a homeowner vs. landscaper issue or a female vs. male issue, but other men that I have dealt with at this location DO seem bothered and not interested in really offering their time. This is a busy location so they could simply be burned out on dealing with customers altogether. When this happens, I simply wait until I can reach Tommy.
