Scott was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. We had to call Georgia power for an unrelated issue, and that Technician had to inspect all Gas lines including the work Scott repaired and said he rarely see jobs done so well ! We highly recommend this company!

Very helpful! I didn't get any service from them, because I didn't have to. I had already rented a drain snake and was ready to give up on my efforts. I called United and after I had informed him of the steps I had taken, the owner was kind enough to offer me some advice that allowed me to remedy the problem on my own. Thanks A lot! We called first thing Sunday morning to get a technician to come and take a look at our water heater. Instead of sending a technician right away they walked us through how to trouble shoot it ourselves and it worked. If we do end up needing a service in the future we will definitely be giving them a call.

I had a leak in my basement and they came the same day to help me fix the plumbing. He did an AMAZING job! It was very professional with brand new up to date piping and he even sealed it so it looked brand new! I would recommend to anyone needing a plumber to use them!

Later, I had to replace the shower handle and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I really love this company. They are very nice, respectable, and so pleasant. They really treat you like family!
