I was looking for a place to get my hair cut. I took a chance and walked into The Hair Cuttery. I met Keisha at the front desk, she was friendly and had a big smile. I was a little nervous, but she immediately put me at ease. I told her I hadn’t had my haircut professionally in two years. She ask me to come back and discussed what style I was looking for, she gave me suggestions as well. She cut my hair and when she finished I was so excited. It was exactly what I asked for. I will be returning to get color on my hair. Thank you Keisha

Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful time we had while getting our school age children back to school haircuts, we live in Orlando but also have a home here in NSB, we decided today to come here from now on for our boys. Thank again for the easy and accommodating experience.

It was an honor and privilege to of had these services from Jessica, because the process was lengthy but she made it feel smooth and fun. Weeks before, she overheard a conversation with my original hairdresser who wasn't familiar with the keratin treatment and jumped right in to advise me of the process. The day of, I arrived early. Jessica informed me every step of the way, offered excellent conversation, offered to help me with getting lunch and gave me the best advice as to how to take care of my hair. Jessica was lovely and never hinted or complained of this all day process. It honestly didn't feel like an arduous situation and I felt appreciated and cared for. I really like my other Cosmetologist, Stephanie at the Edgewater office, and the way she dyes my hair, but that salon doesn't have anyone who know how to apply keratin. Therefore, I am so happy that I have Jessica to go to in the New Smyrna salon. There is signage on their salon about enjoying your time there and it is so true! Thank you very much.
