Technicians are always professional and friendly. Prior to every visit they always make a courtesy call to inform the customer they are on the way. They take the time to explain any situations that may be out of the ordinary. We have been with Bug Out for over 5 years and will continue to utilized their services in the future.

My husband & I got referred from my sister. she said y’all do awesome work. We have some pest problems so we figured why not try it. Jeremy came to my house Wednesday to do a home inspection and spray. I have to say I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and through he was! I can’t wait to see the end results. Very outstanding Customer Service. The tech Mauricio was great, came and let me know what he was doing asked if the inside needed to be serviced. He was very polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about his job. He knew my house from the previous owners. Great job from him and the company. Will and already have Recommended this pest control to others.
