Don’t buy into the negative reviews on here…some people are just never satisfied or happy. In my experience I had some exhaust work done by a great young man in the shop. He let me watch him, take video and pictures and the lady at the front was very sweet. The price was great as well and was very pleased with the work done! I will return to give them my business

Check engine light came on. I checked under the vehicle. There looked to be a hole in the muffler. My mechanic sent me to Rainbow Muffler as they do not weld. Steve looked over the muffler and found nothing wrong. He explained that mufflers now have a vent hole for water to drip from. Steve asked if I wanted the check engine light looked at. I explained to him I have been using my mechanic for years and would take the vehicle back to them for service. He knows the referral source, respects them, and said he would not want to take business from them. I offered to pay for his time and expertise. Steve would not let me pay. He indicated that is the right thing for him to do. I now know where I am going when I need muffler service and where to send others. Nothing better than honest people. All the mechanics were friendly and seemed happy.
