Truck logo and Gene’s company shirt lead us to a visit to explore our landscape options at McDonough Equipment. Front counter group was great in final decision with large stone for perimeter around our pool. Then also gravel as a filler. We had the pleasure of Gene delivering two different material to our house. Same day delivery was great! Gene’s knowledge on the material helped us determine last minute tweaks to our project. And rather than have someone open a complete lane, they have someone slip behind the little booth by self-check with their scanner to do small, quick checkouts — which is fine, but that's typically what self-checks are anyway. Go ahead and open up that lane for bigger orders and let's get those lines that sprawl down the main thoroughfare down a notch. Otherwise, great job. I particularly love the gal who used to have the dreads, but has since cut them — she's funny, friendly and a character.”

“I have only had a handful of negative experiences at this location. Usually the order is right (although sometimes not). I also normally frequent the restaurant multiple times a week. I’m sure many of the workers know my name. The African American manager (not sure of her name) always goes out of her way to make sure my family has our order and that it is right. She definitely works hard. You can tell she means business but she is very kind. I wish I knew the second woman’s name… but there is a blonde woman who works generally at the second window. She had blue hair for a little bit. She is very nice also and she always gets our order right. We order cookies so often and they are sweet to warm them for us, as not all McDonald’s do this. So thank you for working hard and trying to make this McDonalds better for the Ola community as I’m sure things can get quite hectic!”
