“May 2021: I was looking for a roof inspection for a property I was looking to purchase over the weekend (no one works the weekend anymore). However, MRRC does and Keith was my inspector. On the initial call Keith was easy to talk to. I described what I was looking for and he informed me of what to expect. His availability was quick and fit perfectly into my schedule. Keith is very responsive to calls as well as text messages and emails; you just don't get that too often these days. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and explained the conditions both verbally and written in a way that I (who might I add has no clue about roofs) could understand. As a native of the area he offered additional insight about the neighborhood that played a major role in making a decision about the property! Thanks Keith!
