A & M Trucking

My car needed to be towed to the repair shop, so I called Nationwide. They first assigned another tow company to tow my vehicle. That company never answered my calls or showed up. The repair shop was closing in a few hours, so I was under a time crunch. Nationwide reassigned my tow to A & M & they answered my call the first time I called & were in my driveway in a little over 30 minutes! Amos was very friendly, professional, & efficient. He had my car hooked up & taken to the repair shop in no time. Super impressed with their service. A & M seriously saved the day! The next time I need a tow I know exactly who to call!

I had a tire to blow out on me on my way from work. I called my insurance company's tow number and asked for assistance. The date was April 20, 2019. I called the company around 4:22 pm. I received a return call from the assistance agent 27 minutes later. I had called the tire place to get the correct closing time and to get a replacement tire. The 2nd call from the assistance agent was 10 minutes later. The 3rd call from the assistance agent was 10 minutes later, which lasted for 36 minutes and 34 seconds. The 4th call came from the tow truck driver at 5:50 pm. He had been given directions to the residence where I stay. Time that has elapsed is more than an hour. The tow truck driver wanted to know my location, since he COULDN'T find me at the residence address. He found me in less than 15 minutes. He explained that he was near me when he FIRST got the call but was GIVEN THE WRONG LOCATION ADDRESS. I was towed to the tire shop, got a replacement tire, and got to go to a movie. KUDOS to Mr. Chico for his COURTEOUS and FRIENDLY manner of taking care of my situation in a very timely manner. WONDERFUL JOB AND CONSIDERATION FOR THE CUSTOMER!!! Thank you, Mr. Chico!!!!
