“The entire process, start to finish, was not only an excellent experience, but also an enjoyable one! I would definitely recommend both Georgia Flooring Outlet and Steve Garrett to anyone looking to do flooring! I was at the very beginning of an entire home remodel. Having never tackled a project like this before, I did my best to explain to Steve what I envisioned the outcome to be, showing him the paint color, pictures of my home, as well as pictures of the new furniture that was to be delivered. Steve immediately saw my vision and took me straight to what I needed, giving me several options to accomplish what I intended. I am an extremely detail oriented person, with a lot of questions. Steve remained patient the entire time, answering every question, never pushing me to a hurried decision. He truly worked from a standpoint of “making sure that I got what I wanted, long term”. The installation of both the LVP and the carpet was just as easy. The installers were extremely professional and skilled at what they do. They answered every question patiently and did exactly what they said would be done. They showed up every day on time and worked the entire day, something that is extremely rare in today’s time! I truly cannot express how pleased I am with the entire process! If I ever find myself in the market for flooring again, I will definitely walk in the door at Georgia Flooring and ask for Steve Garrett!”

“In response to Margo Taylor's review. Mrs . Taylor, as you know, I almost had no contact with you regarding this project. Yes my NEW salesman Neal was in charge of this project. Neal is new to the company but far from new to the business. He's competent, honest and diligent. He discussed the project with me. He informed me that you wanted to cover the windows and asked me how to price that portion of the job. In other words, Mrs. Taylor, Neal did NOT "change up the game". On the contrary, Neal informed your husband, who was managing the project for you that there would be additional charges to cover the windows. And yes that conversation was subsequent to the quote he had given to your husband. However, your husband did NOT want to pay the additional. In fact he based his argument on the fact that Neal had already given him a price and your husband insisted that he wanted it done but he didnt want to pay for it because he'd already gotten a price. Never mind that the price he'd received DID NOT include covering the windows...Mr Taylor insisted on NOT paying for the extra work. Well...I cannot run my business in that manner. Notwithstanding, I'm supersensitive to the needs of my customers but not to the point of allowing myself or my staff to be manipulated. Your husband then proceeded to denigrate our work and my staff...all totally uncalled for. I made the decision to simply remove all of the material we installed and issue a full refund. Why? I didnt feel that we could make your husband happy...even after i agreed to go ahead and NOT charge the extra money, he still wasn't happy so i removed the material and issued the refund. Thank you very very much for your comments...I sincerely appreciate it!”
