Peachtree Immediate Care - Covington

This was my first experience with Peachtree. It would have been excellent if not for the front desk receptionist, who was somewhat rude and not very inviting. Other than that, the technician and the doctor (sorry I didn't get her name) were very caring and thorough in their exams. I appreciate them very much.

Very pleased! Very Clean!

Everyone is very nice from front desk to nurses and the few doctors they have. In the last year my husband has been and both of our children ages 4 and 7. No they aren't a pediatric Urgent Care...HOWEVER they were treated with care and patience and helped them to feel comfortable in an adult setting. Definitely nice to have a place to go and know your getting quality service and genuine care! 👍 This is the best place to go for colds, flu, the simple stuff.

Wait times could improve but that's anywhere, longest we've ever waited was about an hour. Way shorter times than CHOA when it comes to the little ones.

I was so pleased with my experience here. Dr. Schooner was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable which is so hard to find these days. She actually listened to me and went the extra mile unlike most doctors these days who just do the bare minimum. Extremely grateful. The staff was nice as well. I recommend Peachtree Immediate Care in Covington to anyone. Thanks all.

I had no wait. The receptionist, nurse, and Dr were patient courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. It didn't know if they took my insurance, but they did. Visit ended up costing $30, which included 2 prescriptions they had in office. It was a long drive but well worth it. I feel better already.

I was skeptical about going to an urgent care vs. ER. I was very surprised at the service I received! The online check in process was great. I was called in before my appointment time. Nurse Monica was professional, pleasant and compassionate. NP Roseberry was attentive and responsive to my needs. I left there with a diagnosis and my medications. The receptionist was also amazing. This is the remedy when you need immediate care!
