5 stars just isn’t enough. Everyone who works in this building is so welcoming. They care about their customers on a personal level & do everything they can to accommodate their needs. Thank you Salem Pharmacy for everything y’all have done for me this past year! I wouldn’t have been able to get through my pregnancy without your staff. I couldn’t be more thankful. You will not be disappointed going to Salem Pharmacy. 11/10 !!!

I seriously love going to this pharmacy. I was extremely hesitant because i had never gone to a local pharmacy before. I used big places like Kroger or Walmart. They failed me severely and so i went with this tiny local pharmacy. The people are so kind and accommodating. Ive watched their interactions before and every customer is treated with the same respect as the next. Ive had huge issues in the past with getting certain medications and Keith has always fought tooth and nail to get it to me as quick as he could, even delivered if i wasn't able to drive.
I will definitely use them as long as I'm in driving distance.

This is a great pharmacy from Keith and his wife to the entire wonderful staff. Never seen great service all in one business they are awesome and will get your meds approve when other pharmacies just throw you out to the wolfs. Love y’all so much thank you all for caring for us we really do appreciate.

My family and I have used Salem Pharmacy on a number of occasions over the last 7 months. They are always professional and courteous. They have always had on hand the correct medication prescribed for us and have it prepared in a timely manner. The larger pharmacies both independent or chain pharmacies always take hours to prepare or are out of what have needed. Not Salem. We highly recommended them.
