First treatment with a new company. Impressed with Arrow and their technician. Arrived on time, explained what he was going to do then completed the service in a timely manner. Fired my previous provider because the company I was with transitioned to new ownership who had a completely different idea of what customer service should be than the previous owner. Hoping to have a long and productive relationship with Arrow Exterminators.

Technicians are courteous, timely, friendly, and explain the details of the service very well. They offer great recommendations for services needed and do an excellent job educating the client so they understand their options and what will and won't work for their extermination needs. I have been with them for maybe around 4 years and have no complaints. That's why I continue to use them over and over. The staff and the ownership is top-notch here!
