Very great business and super welcoming staff, from my initial phone call,to the pick up of my SUV. AAMCO Dallas was knowledgeable, upfront and detailed about the pricing and had a fast turnaround time with my transmission repair.I would definitely recommend this location & will be returning for future car care & maintenance needs. Thanks for getting my Family and I back on the road.
Yeah, these guys are great. Husband and wife at the front desk were my only contact, and I'll keep coming back. I arrived with a foreign car and transmission problem, so I thought. They took care of me in half a morning, and although I'm sure they could have gotten me for a service call, or tried to upgrade some sort of 117.8K mile service, they didn't. Transmission was fine, they sent me on to a mechanic.
Although I never want to need a transmission person, I'll happily give them my future business. They were just great in every regard.
David was very professional and his team was able to quickly assess a vibration I felt in an F-150 pickup and direct me towards the best solution. Great communication and follow through, will be using this shop moving forward.
My 2000 model 300m was sometimes going in limp mode with a yellow CEL light. Seem to happen about every 10 or so miles. I took it to AAMCO in Dallas GA for repair. The technician, David diagnosed the problem as a faulty solenoid pack and provided a reasonable estimate, which I accepted. I picked up my car about 2 days later and it has been working great ever since. My thanks to David and the team at AAMCO.
