Friendly staff. New showroom is very nice. Lamar was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Check out went smoothly. Delivery was scheduled and arrived on time. Delivery crew was fast and took care during furniture setup and took all packing materials. Thank you Woodstock Furniture.

Staff is incredible! From the GM, Mike Micou, to the staff in the back helping load up. Our salesman Eugene was awesome and Ricky, Kevin, and "Big Boy" helped a lot. They closed at 6 and my wife wasn't able to get back to the store until 7. They stayed after in the cold and waited until we were all loaded up and didn't complain one second. I appreciate the entire staff because they have made furnishing our new home easy...We will be back!

The sales rep was very helpful and not pushy at all. She was extremely friendly and informative. She gave us space to shop but stayed close enough so we could ask her questions. The inventory here is always great. We were very happy with our experience here.

Very pleasant experience with Lamar, and everyone we came in contact with that day. You are greeted with warmth when you enter. Staff is dressed, and speak, appropriately. The showroom is laid out, and decorated, beautifully. Their prices are very competitive. I shopped the others that were very close to this Dallas Hwy location and Woodstock Outlet was lower, had a much better selection, and staff that valued customers.
