She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. I will definitely be back! Not only was this a great value, and a quality service but soooo relaxing! The salon is very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Kim was so knowledgeable in what she was offering and never made me feel dumb for not knowing something like other places do. I was leery about booking a facial as I didn’t know what my skin would look like afterwards, I had heard horror stories about chemical burns and peels and was very nervous until I met Kim. She explained the whole process and was very knowledgeable in the products and services she was offering. Kim is great, very professional, personable, and kind. I left there feeling like we were old friends.
