Did not know what to expect? But we went on open minded. The first session was simply the foundation of what was to come. Stephanie is simply amazing!!! She allows you to express yourself and then she offers different methods of doing it better. I found out a lot about myself and actually use what she has taught daily. My fiancé and I are going to continue this wonderful team/relationship building even after we are married. Don't think that counseling is for the weak, problematic,or marriage on the rocks.
