This company is absolutely amazing. The customer service is excellent. And it is a huge bonus to live in the same state as this company. I am always kept in the loop with what’s going on with my orders. The wax I have gotten is amazing and hold fragrances very well. I have gotten nothing but compliments on the wax quality for my candles. I especially love when they include the free sample that I let them pick. All around great company.

Very understanding and one of the best companies I have done business with. I traveled a long way to pick up orders for myself and others within my community. There was an accident in the area, putting me in a standstill for hours. By the time I made it there, they were closed. I explained to the manager what happened and she agreed as a courtesy to release my order. This truly made my day!! I'd traveled so far and was very happy they didn't turn me around. My only minor issue was that all of the separate orders were placed in one bag and without samples per order. Nevertheless, none of that mattered being that this company went above and beyond to make sure I received my order. I will definitely do business with them again!
