(December 8, 2021, 9:34 am)I am 68 years old and being a manager of a production plant I am still working 60 hours a week. I get home late and eat late so I had gained a lot of weight over the past 6 to 8 years. I knew I had to get this weight off. I started in March of this year and have now lost 53 pounds and feel like a new person. It takes commitment and determination but it can be done! This program and the weight loss has changed my life and for the better.
