First when you tell people you own a BMW it's like a boat:" Breakout another thousand " or we are unable to work on it (Thank you Aamaco). Anyway, Joe not only did the job correctly he did it at 1/3 the cost and gave me a military discount. Anyone that says Joe and Sue over charge should get their head examined! “I went there to get my brake changed. After 30mins they called me and told me my brake pads were at 60% and didn't need to be replaced. They had every opportunity to lie to me and charge me for new pads, but they didn't. I'm giving them 5 stars for their honesty. From the receptionist to the finance manager all great! The days of being in a dealership all day are over. The only things that kept me there longer were, me fussing about $22 extra 😂 and the other two customers they sold cars to also. If I wasn't so cheap I could have been done in probably an hour and a half total. But two hours start to finish including the test drive was fast!!! “This was my second time taking my car here, and I had a great experience both times. Jimmy and Mike are both wonderful! The first time, they changed my catalytic converter and performed a tune up. I just picked up my car a second time, and they replaced brake pads and rotors. Jimmy went out of his way to get my car back to me the same day so I could drive to work tomorrow, and I paid half of what I was originally quoted from another repair shop. Jimmy and his crew are honest, caring, and such a pleasure to work with. Jimmy’s wife works the front desk sometimes, and she is absolutely amazing, too. She’s so genuine and sweet. “I have MAJOR auto repair shop anxiety. I absolutely hate having to deal with car services. I called to make an appointment for my car to have the front brakes done. That process was easy. I dropped my car off and answered (or attempted to) the necessary questions to have my car repaired. I dropped it after after 12 and they were calling me by 4 to tell me my car was done! The price was in line with what I was anticipating and they didn’t try to sell me in extra or unnecessary stuff! My ONLY complaint is, the air pressure light was on, and they didn’t check the air pressure in my tires. But, if that’s my only complaint, I’m good and will return for future service. Thank you!”
