Our technician Matthew showed up on time was friendly, courteous, and very engaging throughout the entire process. He was explaining different issues that carpets face due to various stains and pet odor, and how to prevent them. It was a great education experience. “This is the only place I would take something as precious as my daughter’s wedding dress for alterations and preservation. Everything is done here and done perfectly. We’ve used Sterling for years, for suits, dress pants, a mother-of-the-bride dress, a wedding gown, and wedding gown preservation (which was WAYYYY better than David’s! We had to have one dress “preserved” at David’s re-done at Sterling). I can’t recommend them highly enough! We always do our regular dry cleaning here. Never a complaint! They’re just the best!”

“I am such a bargain shopper and hate paying full price if there is a coupon available. Busy Bee is one of my exceptions. Their services are worth every penny of their prices, which really are very reasonable. We have giant dogs, small children, and a pale sectional, so we are frequently some combination of stinky and/or stained. We used Busy Bee a few months ago and will be calling them again this week. Their service was so prompt I had to push back the date of service they offered because I assumed it would take much longer to get a service date. Matt came out and did a fantastic job. He was both professional and friendly, so much I will be requesting him again when I call to schedule again. For the commenters upset about your rug or furniture being wet after cleaning, you are definitely right that happens but I don’t understand what you expected otherwise. My hair, clothes, and dishes are also wet after being washed and that’s what’s happening here. I can’t put a sectional in the dryer so I just had to deal with it being damp for a few hours. Plan for the obvious effects of having something cleaned and you’ll be just fine.”
